See you Saturday Feb 27th Noon to 2pm

The Chair Report will include:

The Heyford Food Bank delivered 1000 food parcels in 2020 and received a grant from Cherwell District Council for a refrigerator and printer ink.

A Community Chest grant paid for years Zoom subscription for our meetings.

The HP Parish Council grant paid for flowers and flags for the Lindh and McGuire memorial and a Remembrance Day wreath for the Upper Heyford war memorial.

The East Camp Road verge trimming has been completed by Dorchester  and the farmer agreed to flail the hedge each year.

A Parish Council Grant paid for new Speedwatch equipment.

A new Heyford Park Litter Pick banner was printed and can be reused for the upcoming 2021 events: April 10-11 and June 12-13

A Cherwell District Council grant paid for our Valley News delivery project employing local teens to deliver the newsletter 6 times a year.

Our laser printer is working and we threw out some obsolete equipment.  If we can find an editor we could use the printer to do a Heyford Park specific newsletter on the months the Valley News isn’t published.

A new gazebo was purchased with a CDC grant and is available for community groups to use for public events in Heyford Park.
